Water Detection

Damage from water can prove just as serious to a property owner as the maladies of burglary and fire. Water detection sensors can be placed in laundry areas or near basement sump pumps in order to detect flooding. Citadel also makes available "float sensors,” which are installed directly into the sump pump cavity, or surface water detectors, which can be located anywhere.

Temperature Detection

Pipes can burst when temperatures plummet. Temperature sensors can provide adequate notice before water in pipes freezes solid.

Loss of Electrical Power

A power loss can be devastating to refrigeration or other power-sensitive equipment. Although we can't make the power come back on, we can notify you of an outage so you can plan accordingly.
