Lighting Control

Lights can be activated by scheduling or triggering events such as motion, or a door opening. For example, when you walk in the front door, the foyer light could automatically turn on to greet you. Or, if you were to wake up in the middle of the night, a motion detector could trigger the hallway lights so no one falls on their way to a midnight snack.

When you arm your system in away mode, lights can be randomly activated to give your home a more "lived-in" look from the outside.

Lock Control

Did your kids forget their keys again? Have a neighbor stopping by to drop off a package? Unlock the door from the comfort of your office—right from your smartphone or PC. You can also have the doors lock and unlock automatically whenever you arm or disarm your security system.

To automatically unlock a door, the lock must first be motorized to retract the bolt, and intelligent enough to respond to smartphone-issued commands. The lock pictured above would retrofit your existing lock and respond to radio frequencies (RF) commands from your smartphone or push-button combinations.
